asl3-menu issue #27 highlighted an issue with configuring multiple SimpleUSB nodes on the same system. To simplify the menu code and to minimize the duplication of settings in the simpleusb.conf file (and elsewhere) we are going to template-ize the file.
and ditto for USBRadio / usbradio.conf
This issue will track the [app_rpt] configuration file changes.
