asl-menu changing node # should change /etc/allmon3/allmon3.ini. #13

For the simplest case .... replace old node # with new node #. The pi image sets up Allmon3 by default for Node 1999.

Also allmon3 should be restarted.

Allmon supports many nodes. Existing node numbers should be updated (1999 becomes xxxx). New node numbers should be added.

My only intention here was for the first node setup, not to have asl-menu manage all of allmon3. I think a menu/gui manager for Allmon3 is a separate project.
