Random AMI secret is being set per-image and not per-device #12

Currently, we are setting a random AMI secret in .../start_chroot_script. That leaves us with a secret burned into each "image". We really want the secret to be per-"device".

Also, need to make sure that the secret has been established before asterisk starts.
