Lost USB Connection #5

The Pi build lost USB connectivity. The Green LED was not blinking. The simple-usb-tune V) menu showed no COR or PTT. Found no error messages on the console.

/var/log/asterisk/messages.log from yesterday:

[2024-05-06 13:41:20.134] WARNING[1469] chan_simpleusb.c: USB read channel [2506] was not stuck.
[2024-05-06 13:41:24.016] ERROR[1469] chan_simpleusb.c: Channel 2506: HID process has died or is not responding.

Restarted Asterisk to recover.

Have not had this happen on x86 source builds.
