The Pi build lost USB connectivity. The Green LED was not blinking. The simple-usb-tune V) menu showed no COR or PTT. Found no error messages on the console.

The USB device string was correct
lsusb and asl-find-sound good
replugging the USB cable did not fix it
Replacing the RA42M with a DMK CM-119 w/eeprom did not fix it.
