JDK 11 Compatibility #7

Blackboard will be updating its back-end Java libraries to JDK 11 Corretto in November 2019. Is this building block currently compatible? If it is not, will there be a compatible version?

At the moment, we do not have access to a Java 11 Blackboard environment. If someone is willing to offer us access, we could do some testing.

We have access to SaaS with JDK11 and it works fine, except the permission issue reported here: https://github.com/AllTheDucks/jshack-v1/issues/8
