Add the possibility to put servers onto a personal blacklist. For a blacklisted server may be done...

don't show it up in the browser anymore (or better just put them at the very bottom...?)
do not request server info for it when loading
(not sure), forbid joining them

Or at least warn the user when he tries to join a blacklisted server.
