Steve's Cart 2 cart (miner cart) doesnt place in world

Steve's cart mod does work, however, when trying to place a mining cart on tracks it does not place. I've checked other mod packs and the exact same miner places just fine. I've checked 3 packs including ATM for 1.10.2. I've sent this info to the mod creator as well. The version of SC2 that's in all 3 packs are 1.10.2-2.2.0.86 Stevescarts. I've narrowed the issue to the pack itself instead of the mod. Here is what I pulled from the console on my server. FoamFix for MC needs to be updated, I went to the mod maker and they resolved the problem. Update Foamfix to V.7.2 and things start working Thanks
