[Full ATM1][v3.02] Advanced Rocketry Satellites not storing power. #88

I have constructed and launched 4 or so satellites with different configurations, as either biome changer or power generating, but none of them are storing power. I have used both normal and large solar panels, and a combination of the small libVulpes batteries and 2xbatteries. They show power generation in their tooltips (but no storage), but once launched and deployed the biome changer remote shows 0/0 power and will not function.
