What happened?
There's a mod present that is causing the ping from the client to an ATM10 server to fail to register a response (or the response with the MOTD and player count takes a long time to come back).
Originally reported this to NeoForge but they confirmed that the issue was with a mod present in the ATM10 pack. https://github.com/neoforged/NeoForge/issues/1232#issuecomment-2209570557
There is no log for this issue that I have had so I cannot find the issue mod.
