[Bug]: Forbidden Arcanus - Nipa/Nipa Floating island doesn't spawn

What happened?

While using the "Explorer Compass" or using the "locate..." command, I found that the Nipa and Nipa Islands aren't spawning. It says its located at that location, though there is non.

I've also found that if I give myself Nipa's and place them, the texture is not existing. Would love to get info on if this is intended or not.
