Advanced Rocketry ores aren't generated #935

None of the ores from advanced rocketry are spawning in any of the dimensions. So far I've tried Overworld, Nether, End, Mining Dimension and Luna - none of these dimensions have rutile ore or dilithium ore.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start a game
  2. Go creative, spawn a digital miner and creative energy cell
  3. Search for any Advanced Rocketry (vulpes library) ore

I'm not sure if this is the correct way to fix this, but in advancedrocketry.cfg in /config folder, I've enabled ore generation.

This is set to false by default. Enabling it and regenerating the Luna dimension allowed Advanced Rocketry ores to spawn.
