No config option to enable flight on Supremium Armor

I looked in the config files mysticalagriculture-client (which was blank) and mysticalagriculture-common and neither have the option to re-enable flight on the supremium armor. I also looked for a gears setting that was mentioned elsewhere, and this setting is not present in the config file as well. Which config file do you need to edit to re-enable flight with a full supremium armor set on my server?
