Mining Issue with Apotheotic' boss dropped pickaxe #49

I'm currently on the official ATM4 server and just dropped a pickaxe from one of the bosses from Apopheotic (pickaxe right below), but am unable to mine anything with it because it doesnt register that the bloc is mined
