OP Enchantments crashing the server. #53

It seems the Excavate enchantment above level III bugs out and crashes the server.

Petition to limit it in the config to level III

The config meant is the Apotheosis one, since it's set at a limit of 17 levels for this enchant

This will be changed in 0.2.5 this week. Let me know if it works out!
