Thermal Expansion Fluid Encapsulator issue #1620

When using the Fluid Encapsulator the recipe for glowstone dust is given as Nightvison potion + Cinder Flour = Glowstone dust. Instead it give redstone. The intended recipe for redstone uses strength.

For some reason the Recipe is set to use ANY forge:potion instead of the exact potion asked for
