I just discovered a conflicting recipe. The recipes in question would be the Stone Pillar Trim from Handcrafted and Stone Chains from Additional Lanterns. The recipe for Stone Chains is given priority, making it impossible to craft Stone Pillar Trims. I suspect that it is this way for other recipes of the same type as well, though I have not confirmed this. You could likely fix this by making these recipes shaped and having them use different columns on the crafting table grid. If it helps I am running 1.0.25. though I don't think I have seen it fixed in later updates yet
