9 months ago I dug a little deeper and it seems that most of the modded ores and their raw variants/dusts are missing at least one recipe their vanilla counterparts have, mainly the Immersive Engineering, Occultism, Mekanism, and Thermal Series recipes.
I ran into a problem processing my platinum, and found a few inconsistencies with ore processing recipes. I decided to look through the rest of the ores and compiled a list of the missing recipes, which is as follows:
Osmium Ore - The Thermal Series Induction Smelter recipe is in the Pulverizer Platinum Ore - Thermal Series Induction Smelter Raw Platinum - Thermal Series Induction Smelter Iridium Ore - Create Crushing, Immersive Engineering Arc Furnace and Crusher, Integrated Dynamics Squeezers, Mekanism processing chain, Thermal Series Pulverizer and Induction Smelter Raw Iridium - Create Crushing, Immersive Engineering Arc Furnace and Crusher, Mekanism processing chain, Thermal Series Induction Smelter Allthemodium, Unobtanium, Vibranium Ore - Smelting, Create Crushing and Bulk Blasting, Immersive Engineering Arc Furnace and Crusher, Integrated Dynamics Squeezers, Thermal Series Pulverizer and Induction Smelter Raw Allthemodium, Unobtanium, Vibranium - Create Crushing, Immersive Engineering Arc Furnace and Crusher, Thermal Series Induction Smelter
The Other ores for Redstone and Quartz are missing several of their overworld counterparts' recipes, such as smelting or Create crushing.
On a semi-related note, I also noticed there are two different fluids named "Biodiesel" (Immersive Engineering and PneumaticCraft), and they're each used in different machines.
