The mod "Just Enough Ressources" doesn't work. #475

Looking at the recipes of any ores shows recipes like normal but nothing from Just Enough Ressources. I'm assuming it is supposed to correctly work as it is mentioned in the quests. The right version of JER is installed though so I have no idea why it isn't functioning. image image

After installing it on another instance by itself, I can confirm that the same version of JEI & JER works correctly. So idk why it's not working in the modpack. And since it is mentioned in the quest, I assume it is supposed to be working.

I have found that mod to work only on SP, but not servers, and while it seems it was reported to the dev, it might need to be reported again to them, please head over there and report it again https://github.com/way2muchnoise/JustEnoughResources/issues

The images above are from a singleplayer world. It does not work on either. Again, from my test with ONLY JEI & JER installed without any other mods, they work fine in both SP & MP.

Again, the mod works fine outside the modpack, both in single player and multiplayer. Inside the modpack it doesn't work at all, whether it's in single player or multiplayer.

I also have this issue. I've also found that the configuration screen for JEI in ATM8 is broken. It only has something about developer mode being enabled, and no other options for client or server configs - possibly related.

Same Issue here when connecting to my MP Server on 1.0.7. When I connect to my SP world it works fine. I checked the config for JER in the config folder and nothing is disabled so it doesn't appear to be a config issue.

It doesn't even work in SP for me.

Deleting both "Jeresources" and "jeresources-common" from your configs folder fixes this for singleplayer. will test in multiplayer when my servers admin comes online next.

Hmmm, I assume this is to reset the config. May be probable that a config fricked the thing. Good thinking!

Deleting the two config files did not work for my MP Server. I shut the server down, deleted the files, turned it back on which recreated the files but the ore gen tab still isn't working. I also deleted the files from my client files as well, still didn't work.

I'm still experiencing this problem on my 1.0.13 server.

I can confirm that deleting the configs from both client and server while both were shutdown did indeed fix this issue for me.

All config files or just the ones for JER? Deleting the configs for JER didn't help me.

It was JER and this only worked for a short while. A few restarts later and the same issue started occurring again. So the fix is not permanent, and therefore, not viable.

Just tested this on 1.0.15, it's still not working.

Created a new server with just JEI and JRE with identical versions to ATM8 and had no problems. It might be a mod issue, but possibly some configuration issue as well. Worked fine in an otherwise vanilla game.

Add mixin.perf.resourcepacks=false to the last line of modernfix-mixins.properties and set disableLootManagerReloading = true in JEResources.toml in your config folder to workaround the bugs, should have JER load properly.
