all the mods 8 passive mob spawning

I used to have passive mobs spawn like sheep, cows, horses, giraffe, etc. Now, they don't spawn like before. I may spot one sheep or chicken after running for half an hour. I've tried playing alone or with multiple people and still the same issue. Bees and marine life are spawning like normal. (I haven't kill many bees or marine yet) Hostile mobs are spawning like normal. (Plenty) Nether mobs are spawning like normal. (I've only been once and haven't killed many mobs yet.) I've tried looking at server settings and cannot figure this out. Pls Help :) Also, I've looked online and many suggested to update but this was not covered in the recent update just a few days ago. Others, have suggested a new world but I see this happening again. Every other post on any forum was just basically ignored with no solution. options.txt crash-2022-12-22_22.10.32-server.txt latest.log
