Builder from RFTools not harvesting Certus Quartz from budding quarts (AE2) #555

I have a couple of flawless budding certus blocks in a small area with a builder that has a clearing quarry card and a filter to only harvest the fully grown certus clusters applied to it. It will harvest the clusters just fine, but the items vanish during some step of the process between being broken by the builder, and making it into the AE system

I'm having the same issue in the dw20 pack with just a chest on the builder so it's not the ae part AFAICT
