Server Zip File is Double Wrapped complicating creation of upgrade scripts for 1.0.8 #632

The server files available on Curseforge are wrapped, (folder inside the zip) causing automatic scripts to fail or need to be overly complicated to relocate the files. If moved to the root of the zip it would greatly simplify the update/upgrade process.
