[Bug]: Starbuncles standing if an item is on the ground #1795

What happened?

Basically what happens is if an item(whatever) is on the ground they will stop collecting sourceberries(in my case) then idle for about 50s and start picking up stuff again. This occurred on Hack The Planet ATM9 server, where they run 0.2.60 with the latest Ars Nouveau. To ensure this wasn't a Ars issue I tested it in a superflat world with the same Ars addons, and the issue didn't occur.

Apparently it was a bug on ars nouveau that would occur in "certain situations". Got fixed in Ars Nouveau v4.12.1
