[Bug]: Obsidian Dust from GT doesn't work on any infusing factory from Mekanism

What happened?

I have a private server wit my friends, when we try to insert the obsidian dust from GT to get refined obsidian the machine doesn't accept the dust

I'm having this same issue but restarting fixed it for whatever reason.

Can confirm I also ran into this issue just now. Server got updated to 0.3 yesterday and has restarted at least three times since then.

Steps taken to try and remedy:

Break machine and place again
Converted to factory of increasing tiers (which don't require refined obsidian)
Installed max energy upgrades
Tried inputting with hopper instead of manually
Different user tested on my infusing factory
Tested on an infusing factory of a different user
Tested outside of claimed chunks

No luck. Obsidian dust seems to go in but then pops right out into inventory again.

Weirdly enough, it does work in a fresh single player test world?

EDIT: Fixed after server reboot. Weird.

I have noticed that myself too, both in my own gameplay, and helping others in the ATM discord, sometimes mekanism machines just break, and a client/server restart fixes it, (i still have no idea the cause, and would probably need a reliable reproduction method before i can diagnose it)
