[Quests issues]: Ludicrous Voltage Coil Prerequisites #1848

Describe the issue

In the GregTech Ludicrous Voltage quest line there is an inconsistency. There is a quest to get Long Magnetic Samarium Rods, the very next quest for the Ludicrous Voltage Coil says "Now that we have combined the previous materials, we have a Ludicrous Voltage Coil!" The recipe for the Ludicrous Voltage Coil does not use the Long version of the Magnetic Samarium Rod but instead the regular version.

oh and you need luv assembler for it and the quest for it is in the zpm chapter for the coils...

I didn't even realize that as I had made the Large Assembling Factory with 2 IV Energy Hatch bumping it up to LuV
