When you hang something you wanna dupe on the toolrack from cooking from blockheads it duplicates as the other person/client cant see whats hung on the wall so they can stand there and pick up the invisible item but it is not invisble for the player that hung the item. and then when the item has been picked up from the other person i can then re pick it up as it hasnt left the toolrack on my screen. Try it with a friend but yeh we duped our sword as a test and i straight away was like yeh lemme report this ahaha. The issue with this bug is the duped item will stay on the other player so long as they dont touch the item or try to move it as it despawns from inventory. But still can use it so long as you leave it in the duped spot that it went into at the time of duplication
