REI Takes ages to populate items. 20mins ish due to some mod failing to register NBT Correctly #27

Describe the bug REI wont populate items until 20 mins after load

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load a world
  2. Check REI

Expected behavior REI to show items
