[Bug]: diamond gear servo press recipe issue #198

What happened?

The recipe for the diamond gear inside the multiservo press has no input, thus making it impossible to make 2024-06-09_11 28 29

Ran into this myself and I think its an issue with the script that handles ensuring gear recipes exist and give the correct, unified output. I have a feeling that its getting the wrong entry for #forge:gems/diamond when putting the recipe in -- that or a bug that frequently bites CraftTweaker of Thermal frequently reporting chunks of a recipe are empty is coming up here.
