[Bug]: Iron Ore hammer duplication glitch #234

What happened?

Crafting ore dusts with ore hammers within storage lectern duplicates them possibly applicable to Applied energistics as well

tested with engineers hamer and copper ore hammer for some reason not appearing here

Seems similar to https://github.com/AllTheMods/All-the-mods-9-Sky/issues/247 Crafting items being duped.

This might be something to report to the ars dev, closing it here to prevent more eyes getting to the exploit
