Some random fixes #144

There was an issue with the recipe for the wooden bucket where it allowed you to generate infinite iron, as the long rod id was incorrect.

Also I decided to force all metals which support it to be worked in the forge instead of the traditional crafting table recipe.

This one may require some checking, because I saw another pull request that fixed some item IDs so maybe now it's outdated!
