Gregtech ore balancing #145

Gregtech ores are a bit too rich, yielding either 72 or 144 mB per ore, which makes them overpowered compared to TFC ores. Maybe reducing them to 24 and 48 respectively? Or maybe boosting the TFC ores a bit

It does feel OP early game, but I would argue that GT ore veins are smaller than TFC veins (hundred of GT vs thousands of TFC blocks). To see for yourself, I'd open a creative world and use a gregtech prospector. As a player in late early game (HV) I choose to go for TFC veins when I need a lot of one specific resource.
