More chest replacements for metals #178

Continution of previous PR.

Did a lot more exploring and got a lot more non-GT metals. I put them all in a chest this time so I could track them all instead of melting most of them down.

As before, Steel+ is banned and all others get a replacement shapeless recipe and a replacement in the loot tables.

Sorry, I even made this off of dev, just forgot to update the PR. To use to PRs going into the default branch.
