[Feature Request] Merge vanilla items with TFC equivalents.

Currently the following items have vanilla and TFC equivalents which aren't interchangable in crafting nor convertable to each other.

• Fish (vanilla fish can be obtained via the fishing rod of misfortune)
• Dead bush (used in crafting the fishing rod of misfortune)
