Adjust SFM:Manager recipe to use ore dict lv circuits instead of specific LV circuits.

i realize its a small change but can you re-submit against our dev branch? main branch is for current releases, any incoming PRs should be put against our dev branch

I'd be more than happy to, but can I have some guidance or a link as to where I can find the dev branch? Today is my first day using a tool like github for this purpose - I've only submitted bug reports previously

if you are using github desktop you click the dropdown where it shows the main branch and select the dev branch, and bring your changes over when prompted
