Enhancement Proposal: Gregify Thorium Rector Machine and Module Recipes #226

I'm creating a series of recipe redesigns to allow thorium reactor machines and modules to be created in gregtech assemblers, gregtech circuit assemblers, and generally gregify the recipes. However, I don't know what GT tech level you (Vortex) want to gate thorium reactors to. I see that thorium reactors have a config option to scale up or down the power. So no matter what tier the blocks get set to, power could be scaled t Grav2 ThoriumReactorRecipeProposals.xlsx o make creating thorium reactors a reasonable investment for players
