0.3.4-a Pump Cover does not work #290

Pump covers don't extract liquids from the adjacent inventory into liquid pipes. I tested this with LV, MV and HV Pump Cover on an Improved Coke Oven with a LV Output Hatch and also on a Bronze Drum and they don't pump the liquid out of the tank inventory.

NVM I think i just got some Steam stuck in my pipe system
