Stone axes don't take durability after chopping down a tree. #332

I just started this pack, but it seems like the stone axes don't lose durability when chopping down trees. The time needed to chop down a tree is also quite short, not what I remember from previous TFC experiences.

Reproduce: Load up a new world, chop down a tree. When the tree shows the falling animation, it doesn't use any durability. Sometimes the falling animation is not shown, and then durability is taken from the axe.

Versions: Forge 47.3.0 Minecraft: 1.20.1 Gravitas2-0.4.1 Java: openjdk17.0.2

Hi. I solved the problem by deleting the fallingtrees mod, but if you need this mod, you can install this version fallingtrees-0.12.1-forge-1.20 and everything will work for you
