ServerStart.bat file Crash v4.2 #27

when i open the bat file,it didn't display anything and pause ,then going crash serverstartlog : https://pastebin.com/2UmkFjct (this is the full log)

We cant really tell anything from that but it looks like it just stalls. How long does it sit there or does it actually crash?
