Update mekanism.md

• Added mek infuser automation guide
• Copied Apoth and Mek guide over to ATM8
• Added respective pack logos to their README.md if they were available on CurseForge.
• Added correct links to the bottom of README.md since lots of them linked to ATM8 and not their respective pack page.
• Adjusted some .pages for better sorting
• Renamed and fixed ATM6 Mahou image and video files for easier location and standardization of naming structure

TL:DR you can ignore both the Reverts I did it didn't change the end result.

Explanation as to why I had 2 reverts: I forgot to exclude ATM9's README.md from my initial commit so I tried reverting it so I could recommit without it, but then I lost the local files so I reverted the revert, therefore, coming back in a circle to the Update mekanism.md state.

I didn't realize new commits to dev while this PR was open automatically added it to the PR. I guess the new changes are a part of this now.
