Added changes made to atm9/faq.md and alltheteams.md by Billy
Added infusion setups to atm9/apotheosis.md for "Infused Teleportation Cores" from zoe and KJM
Fixed Gravitas2 pages and nav
Downsized pack logos for faster image loading for slow internet
Added equations to mekanism.md to calculate fission reactor temp (Thank you MikaylaFischler!)
Edited contributing.md to make it more clear, added GitHub Desktop as an option and a notice that ATG will be migrating to pipen soon
Copied MA guide from ATM9 to ATM8
