I can not seem to find out if this is a bug with either of those mods but it has been happening to me for some time with this pack.
Basically lets say I place a horizontal line of a chiseled block. Then I use a construction wand on top to build a wall up.
It will build and use the blocks but only the block i am clicking on has a block placed, the others are there just invisible until i log out and back in.
