Downloads from Spotify Freezing

My operating system is Windows 10;
My AllToMP3 version is 0.3.10;

I have tried two different URLs to download from. The first is an entire album. The first three songs get downloaded and then the program freezes. Here is the link to that album: https://open.spotify.com/album/4XgGOMRY7H4hl6OQi5wb2Z?si=JQQwI3IcTkqLJY4biicvEA

Next, I took one of the songs and added it to a playlist by itself. Upon trying to download that, the progress bar/circle indicates that it gets to 50% and then freezes. On a MacBook Pro OS X 10.14.4 / v.0.3.10 of AllToMp3 my spotify downloads were scrambled just a couple of weeks ago. This past week or so they hung at the start, never getting past the "abort X" icon, it never showed a percentage. Today they appear to be working again.

Windows 7 latest version here, also freezing with any song/playlist, 0 songs downloaded.

Same here. Almost all songs are hanging. This illustrates the issue:
