Can't download specific song genre from youtube #90

Platform: Windows 10 AllToMp3 version: 0.3.7

So, whenever im trying to download nightcore on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HcUKSkHNgPA), it stops on 99% and doesn't do nothing. I tried to download something different(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJOTlE1K90k), and the program downloaded the song with no issues. Why it is like that. It can't be the pc issue. I tried to disable the antivirus, run the program as admin. Should it be like that or not? Thanks

EDIT oh i just noticed nightcore has nothing much to do with japanese. I saw anime face, so i thought it might be similar. Because i havee also problem with specific genre (or just one artist), but it is different one. So i created new thread and deleted this...
