Add design files for new AYAB Interface #2

Following up on #1, I am uploading the design for the new AYAB Interface. This design is in gEDA (an open source circuit board design suite), with the schematic in gschem and the layout in PCB. A bill of materials (CSV) and PDF of the schematic are included, as are custom schematic symbols and layout footprints that were used in the design.

The new files are added in a "Shieldv2x" directory. Design files previously in this repository have been moved into a "Shieldv1x" directory.
