Generating to local libraries created a huge amount of diffs but this should add in most of the component selection and part numbers.

@dl1com can we merge? I want to keep layout commits separate, but need to work on this branch. Comments/review from @jpcornil-git have all been addressed, also.

Lgtm - what is our policy regarding the datasheets? Generally, I think it's handy to have them in the repo. Maybe worth to check git-lfs? What's your opinion about that aspect?

I actually keep them locally, but I don't know how OK it is to re-upload these online. I was under the impression they are copyrighted and they are not hard to find, so I usually leave for users to search for in my projects.
