Can't seem to find how to mark this as draft, but this is not ready to merge yet.

[ ] Clean ERC
[ ] Clean DRC
[ ] Replace footprint user I2C
[ ] Discuss changing the few parts without drop-ins in order to support domestic assembly or ordering from Mouser etc
