Need a Teleport: Museum sign added to 'Main Menu' #114

It should place Players into Spectator mode and teleport them to the Museum area

There should be a clickable link in chat for them to return to the Lobby, and also perhaps a 'Teleport back to Lobby' box they could fly into (in the Museum area)

Needs further thought

@AllYourBlocks I need:

the teleport spot and if ambiguous a direction where the player should be looking towards
the location of the lobby box, even though I really would prefer a "get back to lobby" style sign that would call a command that resets the player to lobby status
sign content of the teleport-back-design unless we use the same (de)sign you get back from options panel
