Clear the lobby of mobs #116

Mobs can spawn in the lobby during a game, so if a player joins it causes problems

We need to do something to remove all mob spawning in the entire lobby area (main lobby, puzzle, team selection, options, museum)

Mob spawning should probably also be prevented in the actual Museum as well, once finalised

The lobby part of this is fixed- It was even too greedy now and prevented ender pearls and arrows, but it will remove mobs :)
