Change the structure files for Bastion, Mountain, and Pillager #121

Effectively 'rotate' the structure files to reflect the image below, saving them at the new positions, rather than the old 'L shape' saving

Tested and generates correctly, but also needs test with next datapack version which also rotates the Chunks 180 degrees
