Add various mobs #164

Allays - 2 inside the 'trap' on the Pillager Outpost Chunk

Elder Guardian - 1 (with 100% Tide Armor Trim Smithing Template drop rate) added to the Ocean Monument

Drowned - 1 (with 100% Trident drop rate) to the Warm Ocean Ruins Check underwater_ruin/warm_4 for the spawn location that the Drowned generates in, and find the Chunk Wars equivalent location

Striders - Several in the new lava pool area on the Nether Chunk, both the Adult and Baby versions

@slipcor Will need your help with this to do the entity freezing
