Add a toggleable Friendly Fire option #166

After observing a few recent games I'd like to include an option to turn Friendly Fire on and off for teams.

I want the default option for Friendly Fire to be ON so that teammates can hurt each other. I think this encourages stronger communication, along with more informed and thoughtful gameplay from players. It is also more consistent with vanilla gameplay in a standard Minecraft world.

I need to design a suitable Options Panel insert - perhaps Fletching Tables?

@slipcor Can you add the code and sign kit please, option name should be 'Friendly Fire'

@slipcor Additional sub-issue... Friendly Fire sign in the Options Panel is not resetting to its default state of 'ON' when the "Reset options to default" sign is used.
